Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while following all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, chillers, ventilation units, and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and perform corrective repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
- Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential issues before they become major failures.
- Replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, filters, and electrical controls.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Test system performance after installation or repairs and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and clients to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Respond to emergency breakdown calls when required.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance (experience requirements may vary based on role).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to use HVAC testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency service calls if needed.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
- Understanding of energy-productive HVAC practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
