Strategic Change & Communication Lead

Mission:

Ensure the transformation is understood, embraced, and adopted at scale by enabling

new ways of working and embedding them sustainably across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Transformation Narrative & Positioning

o Define and own the overarching transformation narrative

o Position the initiative with a strong internal marketing approach to create

clarity, urgency, and pull

 Strategic Communication & Adoption

o Design and execute the communication and adoption framework

o Drive organizational readiness and behavioral change across QT

o Build engagement, trust, and demand across stakeholders

 New Ways of Working & Enablement

o Define, promote, and embed current ways of working required for the

transformation

o Translate concepts (e.g., AI-driven document creation, reuse, integration)

into tangible practices for teams





o Ensure consistent understanding and application across domains

 Train-the-Trainer & Scaling

o Establish a structured Train-the-Trainer model to scale knowledge and

adoption

o Build a network of multipliers within the organization to drive local

enablement

o Ensure sustainable capability building beyond initial rollout

 Feedback & Continuous Improvement

o Establish feedback loops from the business into the program

o Continuously refine communication, enablement, and adoption strategies

based on real-world input

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Change management: 9 years (Required)
