Job Title: Student Counsellor – Skill Development Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Counsellor to connect with prospective candidates for skill development and vocational training programs. The role involves outbound calling, counselling candidates about courses, and converting leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided data
- Explain skill development programs, courses, benefits, and career opportunities
- Counsel candidates and address queries regarding training, eligibility, and placement support
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to ensure enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the system
- Coordinate with the mobilization and counseling team for walk-ins and admissions




- Achieve daily/weekly calling and enrollment targets

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior telecalling, sales, or counseling experience preferred (freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
