Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate Diversity & Inclusion Strategist to lead initiatives that create equitable, inclusive workplaces for our clients. In this role, you will research, design, and implement strategies that support D&I; goals across various industries. You’ll collaborate with HR and leadership teams, deliver impactful training, and track measurable progress toward inclusion benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement D&I; roadmaps tailored to client needs
- Conduct training and awareness programs on bias, allyship, and inclusive leadership
- Partner with HR teams to integrate D&I; practices into recruitment and policy frameworks
- Produce inclusion reports with measurable impact metrics
- Stay updated on global and regional diversity issues to advise clients effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience in DEI strategy, research, or consulting (2
- 5 years)
- Strong understanding of both global and local diversity challenges
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with underrepresented communities preferred
