Customer Support Executive – Job Description

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and website chat.
- Assist with order updates, tracking, exchange, and return requests.
- Guide customers with size selection, product details, and customisation options.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch team to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain polite, qualified, and friendly communication at all times.
- Record and update customer data, complaints, and resolutions properly.
- Must know basic English and Tamil; prior fashion/e-commerce experience is a plus.
