Job Description – CNC Programmer (Siemens Controller)

Position: CNC Programmer – Siemens Controller
Experience: 3–6 Years
Department: Production

Key Responsibilities

- Program and optimize CNC machines using Siemens Controller.
- Read engineering drawings and set machining parameters.
- Perform prove-out, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Select tools, fixtures, and improve cycle time.
- Ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of CNC programming experience on Siemens Controller.
- Valuable knowledge of CNC Turning operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- CAD/CAM knowledge is an added advantage.
