Specify Desired Core Functional Competencies:

- Strong troubleshooting knowledge in injection moulding machines

- Experience on machines like Shibaura / Toshiba / Ferromatik Milacron/LNT

- Ability to independently change moulds and start production as per quality standards

- Rejection control and process optimization

- Experience in handling hot runner moulds

- Handling Liner Cap Assembly / similar IM operations

- Documentation and process record maintenance

Qualification Required:





Diploma in Plastic Engineering / PGD-PPT / CIPET / ITI (relevant trade)

Years of Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ Years (Injection Moulding – Plastic Industry preferred)

Salary Range:

30,000 – 50,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Positioning in Organization:

- Reports to: Manager – Production
- Subordinate: Operators / Helpers (if applicable)

Additional Information:

- Candidate must have hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding
- Same industry experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
