Job Summary

H.S Oberoi Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy working environment at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with statutory safety regulations, and promoting a solid safety culture across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor site safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labour laws, and company safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
- Prepare Daily Safety Reports (DSR), incident reports, and safety documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs for workers and staff.




- Monitor usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at site.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site engineers regarding safety compliance.
- Ensure proper emergency preparedness and fire safety arrangements at site.
- Maintain records related to safety permits, equipment inspections, and statutory compliances.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
