We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company’s online presence and lead all digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company’s social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create high-quality and engaging content (images, videos, and captions) for all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to create unified brand messages.
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle community management — respond to messages, comments,



and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills — both visual and written.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience in e-commerce, branding, or digital marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
