- Welcome and escort guests to their tables professionally.
- Handle table reservations and guest seating arrangements.
- Maintain positive guest interaction throughout the dining experience.
- Address guest complaints and service issues promptly.
- Coordinate with service staff and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Assist in managing waiting lists during busy hours.
- Ensure restaurant ambiance, cleanliness, and guest areas are maintained.
- Recognize VIP guests and special occasions.
- Collect guest feedback and report to management.
- Support restaurant promotions and guest engagement activities.
- Maintain company grooming and hospitality standards.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or aviation Hospitality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
