Role : Store Helper / Store Assistant

Department: STORE/Purchase

LOCATION : Vadodara, Gujarat

REPORTING TO : Production Manager/Purchase Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented STORE Asstance/ Store Helper to join our Store team. The candidate will be responsible for maintain Raw & Finished Goods & Spares Parts/Goods Inout/ Collect material. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in reading Part No and Able to enter the detail in Computer or Excel etc accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange and organize store inventory systematically.
- Maintain stock records and material entries in MS Excel.
- Store, label, and identify spare parts and electrical items with proper Part Numbers.
- Issue materials against Production Issue Slips and update records.




- Assist in stock verification and inventory management.
- Visit nearby Makarpura GIDC suppliers/vendors to collect or deliver goods, spare parts, and materials as required.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and ensure easy material availability.
- Support the Store/Purchase In-charge in day-to-day store operations.

Skills Required:

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
- Honest, disciplined, and hardworking.
- Good organizing skills.
- Two-wheeler driving with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and perform field work when required.
