About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Rust Backend Developer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full time, onsite role where you’ll design, build, and optimize backend services using Rust for real-world production applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production-grade backend services in Rust
- Design and optimize data models with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Implement secure, scalable APIs and system integrations
- Work with concurrency, async programming, and performance tuning
- Debug and resolve complex backend issues in live systems
- Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Qualifications

- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
