We are looking for a dedicated and well-spoken Reservation Executive to handle inbound calls and assist guests with hotel bookings across our partner properties. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and basic knowledge of hotel booking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls for hotel booking inquiries
- Assist guests with room availability, pricing, and packages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with hotel partners for real-time availability
- Maintain booking records and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about property amenities and policies
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)




- Prior experience in hotel reservations / travel / BPO preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, booking tools)
- Strong sales and convincing skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Sunday Off

Salary:

- Based on experience + Incentives on bookings
