- Verify and examine property documents including title deeds, sale deeds, khata, mutation records, RTC, encumbrance certificates, and other land-related records.
- Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and property transactions.
- Identify legal risks associated with property ownership and transactions.
Documentation & Drafting
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents such as:
- Sale Agreements
- Sale Deeds
- Lease Agreements
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- Vendor Agreements
- Power of Attorney
- Affidavits and Declarations
- Maintain and organize legal records and property files.
Compliance & Regulatory Support
- Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and clearances from government departments.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates affecting real estate projects.
- Support compliance with RERA, land laws, registration requirements, and local authority regulations.
Litigation Support
- Coordinate with external advocates regarding ongoing legal matters.
- Assist in preparing legal notices, replies, petitions, and supporting documents.
- Maintain records of litigation cases and legal proceedings.
Coordination & Advisory
- Provide legal support to sales, marketing, CRM, and project teams.
- Coordinate with sub-registrar offices, revenue departments, municipal authorities, and legal consultants.
- Assist management in resolving legal queries related to projects and customers.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
