We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior MIS Automation Executive to assist in preparing reports, maintaining data records, automating routine tasks, and supporting management with accurate business information.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update data in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Assist in automating reports and repetitive data-entry tasks.
- Create basic dashboards and performance trackers.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile data.
- Analyze data and highlight key trends and discrepancies.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Skills Required
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Quick learner with problem-solving ability
Qualification
- Graduate/12th
- Freshers can apply
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, or Data Management preferred
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Preferred
- Knowledge of Advance Excel Formulas , VBA, Google Script or automation tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
