About the Role

GloriDerm Aesthetic Clinic is looking for a qualified and patient-centric Cons.Dermatologist (Cheif Aesthetic Physician) to join our modern, premium aesthetic setup. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in dermatology and an interest or experience in aesthetic/cosmetic procedures. You’ll play a key role in consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and high-end skin procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Diagnosis

- Perform dermatological consultations, skin examinations, and diagnoses.
- Manage pigmentation, acne, scars, eczema, psoriasis, infections, and other skin concerns.
- Prescribe medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Manage Trichology
- Manage Dermatology and proceedure

Aesthetic Procedures

- Perform or supervise treatments such as:
- Botox & Fillers
- Chemical Peels
- PRP / GFC
- Laser Hair Removal
- Laser Pigmentation Reduction
- Acne Scar Treatments
- Skin Rejuvenation (RF/Ultrasound/HIFU)
- Anti-aging procedures
- Ensure safe, result-oriented, and evidence-based aesthetic practice.

Patient Interaction & Experience

- Conduct explicit counselling on treatment options, risks, and expected results.
- Maintain detailed patient records, consent forms, and follow-up schedules.
- Build strong patient trust and long-term relationships.

Team Collaboration & Training





- Work closely with aesthetic physicians, nurses, laser technicians, and beauty therapists.
- Supervise clinical staff when required.
- Support internal training sessions on dermatology and aesthetic protocols.

Compliance & Quality

- Follow clinic SOPs, sterilisation standards, and ethical guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and patient safety norms.
- Stay updated with new research, technologies, and dermatology advancements.

Qualifications & Skills

- MBBS + MD / DNB / DDVL in Dermatology (mandatory).
- PG Diploma /Fellowship in Cosmetology and Trichology
- Experience in cosmetic dermatology is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and clinical confidence.
- Skilled in injectables, lasers, and advanced aesthetic procedures (or willing to train).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
- Professional, ethical, and detail-oriented.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
