About DigitalVia Technologies

DigitalVia Technologies is a rapid-growing digital marketing company specializing in SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Content Marketing, and other digital solutions. We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator who can efficiently manage project execution and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Prepare project timelines, schedules, and daily task updates.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
- Organize client meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain project documentation.
- Identify project risks and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.




- Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and timely updates.
- Generate project status reports and share progress with management.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Positive organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.

- MBA (Completed) – Mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
