Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Lab Technician cum Aesthetic Therapist to perform basic laboratory procedures, assist doctors during aesthetic treatments, and provide non-invasive skin and hair therapies. The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of hygiene, patient care, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples safely.
- Process and prepare blood samples for PRP, GFC, and other regenerative procedures.
- Maintain equipment and sterilization.
- Keep accurate records of procedures and inventory.

Aesthetic Therapy Responsibilities

- Perform treatments such as HydraFacial, Medi Facials, Chemical Peels (under doctor's guidance), Carbon Facial, and other machine-based therapies.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-treatment care instructions.
- Assist doctors during PRP, GFC, Mesotherapy, Botox, Fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Maintain treatment rooms, machines, and consumables.




- Ensure proper infection control and clinic hygiene.
- Build positive patient relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- Certification or experience in Aesthetic Therapy is preferred.
- Knowledge of phlebotomy and PRP/GFC sample preparation.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience: 1–3 years in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or diagnostic laboratory.
