Job Opening: Beauty Advisor cum Sales Executive
Location: LULU Mall , Trivandrum , Kerala
Working Hours: 10:00AM to 11:00PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Age preferred: Below 35
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Beauty Advisor cum Sales Executive to join our retail team. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty and skincare products and enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin/hair type
- Explain product features, usage, and advantages clearly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets




- Maintain product displays and cleanliness in the store
- Handle billing and assist with stock management
- Maintain strong product knowledge through regular training

Who Can Apply:

- Freshers and experienced candidates (0–5 years of experience)
- Candidates with experience in cosmetics, skincare, wellness, or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and beauty products
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and stock entry
