Job Title: Project Manager – Industrial Automation & Robotics

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial automation and robotics projects from planning to commissioning. The role involves managing onsite and shop-floor activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of automation and robotics projects.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians during installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee FAT/SAT, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and project handover.
- Monitor project timelines, risks,



quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to customer sites across India and overseas as required.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, robotics, and project execution.
- Knowledge of FANUC robots, PLCs, servo systems, electrical controls, pneumatics, and machine integration.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
