- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand patterns.
- Support key client relationship management and major deal closures.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and after-sales support.
- Monitor workshop productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Implement process improvements to reduce turnaround time and enhance service efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
