Key Responsibilities

- Analyze logistics data to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with company drivers and owner-operators to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for transportation performance.
- Optimize routing, scheduling, and load planning for maximum productivity.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and transport regulations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for process improvements.
- Support dispatch and operations teams with real-time problem-solving.

Requirements

- Proven experience in logistics analysis, transportation, or fleet management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work with drivers, owner-operators, and management.




- Proficiency in MS Excel, logistics software, and data reporting tools.
- Knowledge of trucking operations, supply chain processes, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working with both company drivers and owner-operators.
- Familiarity with regional and national transport regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
