- To ensure validation of staff requisition form & JD of each position.
- Tie up with recruitment agencies. Ensuring all the agreement formalities and their timely payment.
- To use recruitment portals on regular basis so that the dependency on recruitment agencies is minimum & thereby reducing the cost.
- Designing & publishing quality advertisements to attract suitable manpower.
- Floating various Employee Referral Scheme and motivate employees for its maximum usage.
