Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in exchange compliance, stock broking, or financial services.
- NISM certification or relevant compliance qualifications will be an added advantage.

Key Skills:

- Knowledge of stock exchange regulations and capital market operations.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Valuable communication and MS Excel proficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Understanding and experience in SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with exchange regulations and circulars.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports and returns within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Track regulatory updates and implement necessary changes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and regulatory authorities.
- Support internal, exchange, and regulatory audits.
- Report compliance exceptions and assist in corrective actions.

Pay: ₹25,000.79 - ₹35,000.42 per month
