Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 15–30 sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team KPIs including Sales, Conversion, Productivity, Attendance, and Quality.
- Conduct daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and implement action plans.
- Train and mentor current hires and support ongoing learning initiatives.
- Monitor calls and provide real-time feedback to improve performance.
- Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to improve business outcomes.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, compliance, and SLAs.

Eligibility





- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in BPO Sales, Telesales, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Collections.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
- Experience handling teams of 15+ members.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

- Domestic or International BPO.
- Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Credit Card, Loan, or E-commerce processes.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
