Service Engineer – CCTV & IT Networking

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of CCTV surveillance systems and IT networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV cameras, NVRs/DVRs, VMS, access control, and related security systems.

Configure and troubleshoot network switches, routers, firewalls, PoE systems, LAN/WAN, and fiber optic networks.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues at customer sites.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper system performance and uptime.

Conduct site surveys, identify technical requirements, and prepare service reports.

Provide technical support and training to customers when required.

Coordinate with the sales and project teams for successful project execution and after-sales support.

Required Technical Skills

CCTV & Security Systems: Installation, configuration,



troubleshooting of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and related systems.

IT Networking: Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, PoE, switches, routers, and basic firewall configuration.

Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues using appropriate tools.

Required Behavioural Skills

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Customer Handling: Professional communication and customer-focused service approach.

Ownership & Discipline: Responsible for timely completion of service tasks and proper documentation.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in CCTV, security systems, IT networking, or a related technical field.

Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
