Business Development Executive – Construction Package Sales

Minimum 2 years of experience in PMC Sales, Turnkey Construction Sales, Design & Build Sales, or Interior Fit-out Sales.

Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in selling Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or construction solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in acquiring clients, presenting construction service packages, negotiating commercial terms, and closing projects.

Our company provides end-to-end construction solutions, including civil construction, interior fit-out, finishing works, MEP, and turnkey project execution. The candidate will be responsible for promoting these service packages to builders, developers, commercial clients, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet builders, developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable construction packages.
- Present company capabilities and service offerings.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close construction projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PMC sales, turnkey construction sales, design & build sales,



or interior fit-out sales.
- Strong understanding of construction projects and project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience dealing with builders, real estate developers, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Existing industry network will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of closing high-value construction deals.

Candidate should have relevant experience in a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) company, with proven experience in selling construction solutions, turnkey projects, or project management services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
