Job Description – Semi- Qualified/Chartered Accountant Indirect Taxation (GST)

Role Summary:

Handling GST compliances, litigation support, and advisory assignments while ensuring effective tax risk management and statutory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end GST compliances (GSTR-1, 3B, 6, 7, 9/9C, etc.).
- Handling audits, assessments, notices, and drafting replies/appeals.
- Litigation support before tax authorities and appellate forums.




- Advisory on classification, valuation, ITC, RCM, place of supply, etc.
- GST reconciliations (Books vs Returns, 2B vs ITC, IMS vs Books).
- Contract review from GST perspective and regulatory updates monitoring.
- Experience in Custom

Candidate Profile:

- Strong working knowledge of GST laws, rules, and procedures
- Hands-on experience in compliance, litigation, and advisory assignments
- Excellent drafting and interpretation skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/tax tools

Qualification & Experience:

- CA / CMA.
