We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to attend incoming customer calls, understand their property requirements, provide accurate project information, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend all inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales process.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or real estate pre-sales is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment.
