About Us:

We Ramana Safety And Systems (INDIA) Limited are a leading MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) service provider delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. We are looking for a dedicated MEPF Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our growing team and support project execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage MEPF installations in office ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for seamless execution of site works.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site instructions, and ensure timely documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality parameters.
- Identify site issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Monitor resource utilization and ensure efficient manpower management.
- Assist in procurement, material inspection,



and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in MEPF site execution or project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities.
- Site planning and manpower allocation.
- Vendor management and procurement handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
