We're seeking a proactive IT Executive (Hardware & Networking) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, maintain company assets, and ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, and servers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving IT Tickets & providing day-to-day technical support.
- Managing company assets, inventory, and asset allocation.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, scanners, hardware & network issues.
- Maintaining OS, software, servers, and network connectivity.
- Configure firewall, domain/security policies, and its access rules.
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and server maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and network troubleshooting
- Should be familiar with firewall, domain policies, and antivirus management.
- Should have the understanding of data backup, cloud uploads, and DMS support
- Should be positive in communication and should have good coordination skills
- Should be capable to work independently and as part of a team
