Job Profile

a. Train the Sr. Executive/ Executive (AR)- new or old
b. Meet the Sales lead/ CFO - establish first point contact
c. Client ownership and receipt of Data, Analyzing large quantity of data and determine focus plus allocate to Sr. Executive/ Executive (AR)
d. Manage Team to provide direction to the team to ensure the delivery of high performance, acting as an enthusiastic,



positive and motivated role model and coach.
e. Review and manage difficult customers /trouble cases with team and drive closure with client
f. To be responsible for continuous improvement of team processes in order to achieve an effective and productive way of working
g. Driving Business (revenue and lead generation)
h. MIS & dashboard Report/ Daily/Monthly/Weekly Reporting Tracker
i. Follow up with MNC, large Indian & Govt. priority customers for collection of outstanding payments/ TDS certificated & pending statutory forms.
j. Manage customer/client relations
k. Must have own Bike/Car for Local Travel.
l. Open to travel Pan India.
