We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Voice Verification Analyst to join our team in Pune. If you have good listening skills, attention to detail, and experience handling calls or audits, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Listen to and review recorded calls for quality and compliance
- Verify customer interactions and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate audit reports and documentation
- Ensure calls meet company standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for feedback and improvements

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Prior experience in call auditing, customer support, or voice process is preferred
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
