Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor (0–2 Years Experience)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Monitor the performance and condition of machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and support repair activities.
- Allocate maintenance tasks to technicians and monitor work progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service records.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise requisitions when required.
- Report maintenance issues, downtime, and improvement recommendations to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in maintenance work areas.




- Assist senior engineers in planning maintenance strategies and projects.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or facility management (freshers with relevant internships may also apply).
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic maintenance documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
