GTech Web Marketing is hiring a Backend Operations Executive to manage daily backend activities, CRM operations, data handling, and client coordination. We are looking for a proactive and responsible candidate who can work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and update data using MS Excel and CRM software.

Handle daily backend operations and maintain accurate records.

Check business emails and messages regularly and provide timely responses.

Process client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.

Schedule meetings and assist in organizing office activities.

Coordinate with clients professionally and maintain good relationships.

Support day-to-day office tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Work positively with team members and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Required Skills:





Good knowledge of Excel (Advanced Excel skills preferred).

Experience working with CRM software.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage emails, messages, and client coordination.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of work experience required.

Candidates with relevant backend operations, administration, CRM, or office coordination experience are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
