We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage our audience and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Campaign Execution – Plan and launch email campaigns for promotions, product updates, and newsletters.
- Content Creation – Write subject lines, email copy, and CTAs; collaborate with designers for visuals.
- Audience Segmentation – Manage subscriber lists and personalize campaigns.
- A/B Testing – Test subject lines, layouts, and send times to improve performance.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and share insights.
- Automation – Set up triggered workflows (welcome emails, cart abandonment, re-engagement).
- Compliance – Ensure campaigns meet GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,



or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.
- Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and personalization strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
