Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have atleast 3 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of bookkeeping, taxation, GST, TDS, financial statements, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day accounting activities independently while supporting financial reporting and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare and maintain accounting records, ledgers, vouchers, and journals.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and vendor accounts.
- Process vendor payments and follow up on customer collections.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense claims.
- Prepare and assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accurate records for taxation and compliance purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Trading Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Generate MIS reports and financial data for management.




- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Bookkeeping.
- Good understanding of Taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Profit & Loss Account, Trading Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Experience in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime or any ERP/Accounting Software.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) or in a CA Firm.
- Hands-on experience in GST filings, TDS returns, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Exposure to audit support and finalization of accounts.
- Experience in the Healthcare, IT Services, or similar industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
