Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Computer , Printer & CCTV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, printers, and CCTV equipment. The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Candidate should have completed 10th or above.
- Age between 20 to 38 years.
- Residing within 10km of Dakshineswar(700076) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Install and configure printers, computer systems, and CCTV equipment.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and perform repairs or upgrades.
- Conduct routine maintenance and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to printers, computers, and CCTV systems.
- Respond to service calls and provide technical support to end-users.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Keep abreast of advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or improvements.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Printer, Computer & CCTV Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with a variety of printer models,



computer systems, and CCTV equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Certification or training in relevant technologies is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
