eGrove Systems is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Recruitment Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for Banking, Insurance, and Engineering domains and be passionate about identifying and attracting top talent.

Location: Chennai
Experience: 2+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Banking, Insurance, and Engineering positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Banking, Insurance, and Engineering domains is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

- Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR is an added advantage).
