Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive/ Team Leader with experience in Sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with telecalling, client interaction, lead generation and deal closure. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing the end-to-end Sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through telecalling, references, and market outreach.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their business funding requirements..
- Coordinate with clients for document collection .
- Manage the complete process from lead generation.
- Follow up regularly with clients and lending partners for faster processing.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling and customer handling.
- Ability to handle multiple lenders and financial institutions.
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.(Prefer B.com)
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales and team handling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
