Job Title: Medical Representative

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives + TA/DA

Job Overview

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales and prescription targets through regular doctor visits and market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor calls and field visits within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Generate prescriptions and improve product awareness in the assigned market.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Execute promotional activities and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily call reports, expense statements, and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive, or Healthcare Sales Executive.




- Valuable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
