**Job Title: Heat Treatment Supervisor**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Heat Treatment Supervisor to oversee various heat treatment operations, ensuring adherence to quality and process standards. The ideal candidate will maintain production parameters, manage records, and guide technicians while ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise heat treatment processes, including hardening & tempering, annealing, and induction hardening.

- Maintain process parameters (temperature, cycle time, bath concentrations) and perform hardness and microstructure testing.

- Guide operatives and technicians in completing assigned tasks efficiently.

- Maintain accurate production records, including rejections and material movement.

- Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system.

- Calibrate furnace controllers, thermocouples, hardness testers, and spectro masters.

- Test incoming raw materials and generate chemical analysis reports.

- Prepare heat treatment inspection and process validation reports.

- Conduct microstructure analysis per batch.

**Technical Skills:**

- Knowledge of various heat treatment processes and equipment.

- Familiarity with different types of furnaces and their operation.





- Understanding of metallurgical properties and process parameter relationships.

- Basic troubleshooting skills for furnaces and material testing.

- Proficiency in using hardness testing machines and conducting finished goods inspections.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field (preferred).

- Relevant experience in heat treatment operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

- hands-on experience with SCADA-based systems
- Operate and manage Continuous Furnaces
- processes including Iso-thermal, Normalizing, Annealing, and Through Hardening
- Analyze raw materials using Spectro analysis and interpret mill test certificates (TC), focusing on factors like inclusions, grain size, etc.
- Perform laboratory tests such as Microstructure analysis, Hardness, Tensile strength, Yield strength, and Elongation testing to ensure product quality
