Role Purpose:

To drive and expand business from Public and Private Sector Banks by establishing strategic partnerships, executing employee wellness initiatives, and generating sustained OP (Outpatient) and IP (Inpatient) volumes for Star Hospitals – Nanakramguda.

Key Responsibilities

1. Banking Relationship Development

Identify, approach, and onboard Zonal Offices (ZO), Regional Offices (RO), and key bank branches across Hyderabad.

Establish healthcare partnerships with HR, Administration, Staff Welfare, and Employee Relations teams.

Position Star Hospitals as the preferred healthcare partner for employees and their dependents.

Develop referral channels across key specialties including Cardiac Sciences, Neurosciences, Orthopedics, Oncology, and Preventive Health.

2. Employee Engagement & Activation

Plan and execute health camps, wellness programs, preventive screenings, doctor talks, and awareness sessions.





Conduct banking employee wellness initiatives during staff meetings and welfare programs.

Improve conversion from Camp → Consultation → Admission.

3. OP & IP Business Growth

Drive specialty consultations, health check-ups, and inpatient admissions from bank employees and dependents.

Facilitate priority appointments, insurance coordination, and patient navigation services.

4. Key Account Management

Manage banking relationships through regular review meetings.

Ensure high service satisfaction and repeat utilization.

Develop annual engagement plans for key banking accounts.

5. Revenue & Performance Management

Achieve monthly OP/IP volume and revenue targets.

Track account performance, referral trends, and campaign outcomes.

Submit MIS reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence.

Revenue contribution from Banking segment

Employee engagement activities conducted

Conversion ratio and account retention rate

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
