Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Salary: 20,000 to 30,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for mechanical materials and equipment.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Support vendor selection, technical evaluation, and supplier development.
- Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, QA/QC, and project teams.
- Track purchase orders, shipment status, and material dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Resolve supply chain issues related to shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
- Participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations.
- Maintain procurement and logistics documentation.
- Analyze supply chain performance and implement process improvements.
- Ensure cost optimization and timely material delivery.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of mechanical materials, equipment, and industrial components.
- Understanding of procurement and inventory management processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as:
- SAP
- Oracle
- ERPNext
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Knowledge of vendor management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
