Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, ROC Compliance and accounting software such as Tally Prime,

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping records.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filings.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement management.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments.




- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
- ROC Compliance

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector is an added advantage.
