Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in construction site supervision and be capable of coordinating with contractors, workers, and project engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working workplace.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
- Inspect completed work and identify any defects or rework requirements.
- Maintain site records, attendance, material usage,



and daily progress reports.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely availability of construction materials and coordinate with procurement when required.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings for site workers.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in residential projects.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site management practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
