- Supervise Production Activities: Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that machinery runs smoothly and products meet quality standards.
- Team Management: Train, mentor, and evaluate production personnel, setting performance standards and conducting regular assessments.
- Workflow Coordination: Plan and organize production schedules, assigning tasks and priorities to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for all employees.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the production floor and upper management,



providing regular updates on production status and challenges.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports to track performance metrics and production data
