Job Eligibility

- HSC/ Graduate with minimum 2 year of experience in Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred)
- SSC with minimum 2 year of experience in Sales team lead (Real estate Preferred)
- Candidate should be comfortable in working from office.

Job Responsibilities

- Leading and supervising a team of real estate agents, including recruiting, training, and motivating them to meet sales targets.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve team and individual goals, which may involve setting targets, creating action plans, and monitoring progress.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate leads and referrals, as well as providing excellent customer service.
- Staying informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to advise the team and clients effectively.
- Assisting in complex negotiations and transactions, especially with high-value properties or challenging clients.
- Monitoring and evaluating team members' performance, providing feedback, and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
- Overseeing marketing efforts, including advertising campaigns, social media presence,



and branding to attract clients and listings.
- Resolving disputes, conflicts, or challenges that may arise during real estate transactions or within the team.
- Providing ongoing training and career development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Managing the team's budget, including expenses related to marketing, promotions, and team events.
- Collaborating with team members to set and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintaining open and clear communication within the team, with clients, and with other stakeholders.
- Staying flexible and adapting to changing market conditions and industry trends.

Job Requirements

- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- This is a field job. Should be ready to travel for sales.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
