About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining solid, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs, goals, and challenges through regular meetings and communications.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
- Prepare and present customized financial proposals and solutions to clients,



clearly articulating benefits and risks.
- Conduct thorough financial reviews with clients, assessing their current portfolio performance and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to client interactions and transactions.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and client retention goals.
