We are looking for a Support Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience through phone, email, and chat support. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Eligibility: Freshers with a BBA or MBA degree are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer support from any graduate discipline are also welcome to apply. Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of CRM/LMS tools will be an added advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
